The Potty Mouth is a book for children 5 and up, 32 pages long, in a very simplistic outlay that may be controversial to some, in that it features religious depictions and what some may define as unusual cruelty as punishment and typography suggesting curse words: !@#$%. The whole premise of the book is to steer children who have potty mouths or who have had bouts of suggestive bad language, away from use of such brutal words. It’s short, sweet and to the point, and is quite comical. I like to use big words, so to speak, so children will ask what does that mean, in order to develop their vocabulary. This book features the following complex words, but please, expose your children even while they are young, to make reading, writing and speech even easier:
absurd, absolutely, deplorable, unfathomable, unruly, pessimism, respect, pride, language, warning, foul, curse, cure, spiraled, embarrassed, officially, degraded, humiliating, shamed
